Eventually it leads you to Thorim, above a very tall tower in the West section of Storm Peaks and when it's all said and done you become friendly with Sons of Hodir. As your rep increases to honored, revered exalted etc, you gain new dailies with SoH and one of them lets you go Fjorn's Anvil without the elites being there.
